Ventura has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep a maximum of 10 people with use of a sofa bed. |

The home contains a master suite with ensuite bathroom and private access to the pool area, a Queen-sized bedroom, two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom each with a pool aspect window. All linens and towels included. |

A superb South facing pool heated from solar panels with extra large deck area including comfortable pool furniture and pool games. The pool is protected by a alarmed patio doors and can be accessed from the family room and master bedroom suite. |

The rear of the property is not overlooked at all and features views onto woodland making the pool area very private. |

Extensive fitted kitchen with all amenities including large refrigerator, all crockery and utensils. |

TVs in main bedrooms with a DVD in the master suite. A large flat screen TV and DVD player in the family living room. The TVs receive cable television giving you a huge selection of channels to watch. There is also a music system in the den/dining area. |
