Credit card payments will incur a surcharge.
A security bond of £200/US$350 will be required with the final balance. This is intended to cover any loss or damage during your stay. The bond is fully refundable within 21 days following departure.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
A deposit of £200/US$350 per week (or part of a week) is required to secure your booking. On receipt of your deposit we will contact you by email to explain your payment options. These include Paypal, credit card, bank transfer (to either our US or UK banking accounts) or cheque (UK only). Payment by credit card will carry an administration fee.

About the Vacation Home

Chandlers has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep a maximum of 8 people.

The vacation home comprises a master bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. All linens and towels included.

A heated pool and spa with ample deck area including furniture. Access to the pool is via alarmed doors.

Local and long distance cable phone.

Extensive fitted kitchen with all amenities including large refrigerator, all crockery and utensils.

TV in the master bedroom and family rooms. The TVs receive cable television giving you a huge selection of channels to watch.

Free use of a crib and high chair.

Only 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World main gate. Close to shops and restaurants including a 24–hour Wal–Mart.

A stroller can be provided if required.

A separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

All towels and linen provided.

There is a BBQ provided for those sunny evenings sitting by the pool.
