- A security bond of £200/US$350 will be required with the final balance. This is intended to cover any loss or damage during your stay. The bond is fully refundable within 21 days following departure.

To make an online booking please enter your details below. We will confirm receipt of your online booking form by email. Your dates will then be held for 7 days to allow time for receipt of your booking deposit. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit. On receipt of your deposit we will confirm, by email, your vacation dates and the total cost for the dates you have requested. Details of how to pay, and when payments are due, will also be included in the email.

Bayswater comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep a maximum of 10 people.
The vacation home comprises two master suites both with an ensuite bathroom (one of the master suites has direct access to the pool) and two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. All linens and towels included.
A stunning heated pool with ample deck area including pool furniture.
A fully fitted games room including air hockey and foosball table.
Extensive fitted kitchen with all amenities including large refrigerator. All crockery and utensils provided.
A cable TV, Video/DVD in both master suites. A 46 inch Plasma, DVD/Video player (with a selection of movies) and CD system in the family room.
Free use of an Xbox (a selection of games provided).

Unlimited use of wireless high–speed broadband internet (you will need to bring your wireless enabled laptop to make use of this facility).
