| Our luxury home, 10 minutes from the magic of Disney, is located on The Estates, an exclusive development of Executive homes at Legacy Park. From the US 192, go south on the US 27 and Legacy Park is approximately 2 miles ahead on the right. The Estates at Legacy Park is perfectly situated for visiting all the major attractions. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away. The shops close by include Winn Dixi, Wal-Mart and Publixs. If you are a golfer you will find several excellent golf courses close by, the nearest is within a 2 minute drive. Also there is a Nature reserve about 5 miles down the I-27 and the nearest beaches can be reached in under an hour. |

From Orlando International Airport:
Exit Orlando airport and follow signs for the NORTH. Follow the signs for Highway 528 'Bee Line Expressway' (toll road).Take the 'Bee Line Expressway' WEST until it merges into I-4 WEST Disney/Tampa. Take exit 64B onto Highway 192 WEST. Leave Highway 192 and take Highway 27 SOUTH. Legacy Park is located approximately 2 miles SOUTH on the RIGHT From Sanford International Airport
Exit Sanford airport to Lake Mary Boulevard. Drive approximately 2.8 miles to the SR417 Interchange. Enter Southbound to Orlando. Exit SR417 at Highway 192 (Kissimmee) heading WEST. Leave Highway 192 and take Highway 27 SOUTH. Legacy Park is located approximately 2 miles SOUTH on the RIGHT |
