| HOW DO I OBTAIN THE KEYS TO THE VILLA? We provide guests with a unique code number, by post or email, two weeks prior to departure. This code is entered into a keypad on the front door lock. We will send you full details on how to operate it. You must always ensure the door is locked whenever you leave the villa. Top |

| ARE THERE ANY SUPERMARKETS NEAR BY? Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes drive away including a brand new Wal-Mart Superstore. Top |

| IS THERE A TELEPHONE AT THE VILLA? Yes. Local calls and UK 0800 numbers are free from our villa. Telephone cards can be purchased from most supermarkets and many other outlets e.g. 7-Eleven. Top |

| IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS AT THE VILLA? Yes. There is a high speed wireless broadband internet connection available at our villas. You will need to bring a laptop with a wireless card in order to use it. Please note that this service is provided FREE to guests. The owners will use their best endeavours to ensure that the service is available for use, but cannot be held responsible for any failures, or non-availability, of communication lines, hardware or software. | WHAT ENTERTAINMENT IS PROVIDED IN THE VILLA? The villas have TV’s in the family room and every bedroom and there are also DVD players and Sony Playstation 2 and games. A wide selection of DVD’s, board games and playing cards are available for your use. Top |

| HOW WILL I FIND THE VILLA? We will provide maps to enable you to easily find the villa. These will also contain clear directions of journeys from Sanford and Orlando International airports. Top |

| WILL MY POSSESSIONS BE SAFE IN THE VILLA? Our villas have a wall mounted safe in the walk-in wardrobe of each master bedroom. Sastrugi and Sweetbay also have a centrally monitored home security system installed. Top |

| IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE VILLA? For the comfort of all our guests our villas are TOTALLY NON-SMOKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. Additionally, Florida law does not permit guests to smoke within rental villas. Top |
