  3. DELUXE - £45 ($80) including delivery Milk, Tea Bags, Instant Coffee, White Bread, Spread, Orange Juice, Cereal, Soda, Eggs, Bacon, Cheese, Cookies, Strawberry, Jam/Jelly, Beer (6 pack).
• Pool and Spa Heat (Nov - Feb) @ £110/$190 per week (min. 1 week)
• Pool and Spa Heat (excl. Nov - Feb) @ £85/$150 per week (min. 1 week)
• Mid-Stay Clean available @ £52/$95
• Stays of 6 nights or less incur cleaning charge of £52/$95
• 10% discount on 3 week stays (5% if used in conjunction with any other offers).

• Payments are in GBP (£) or USD ($)
• We accept payments via PayPal, all major credit cards, bank transfer to our UK or US bank account, UK cheque, US check (US Banks only)
• Credit card payments will incur a surcharge.
• A security bond of £200/US$350 will be required with the final balance. This is intended to cover any loss or damage during your stay. The bond is fully refundable within 21 days following departure.
